The Velo Sport Team Mallorca has been founded in 1997, when I, Johannes Schernikau (Hannes), settled over from Germany to Mallorca. After many years of racing all over europe.
I got tired of travelling from one competition to another. I heard about the bikers paradise Mallorca and about organizing training camps. So I came to this beautiful island and together with my wife Doris we started the business, offering good rental bikes and organizing training camps.
In spring 2008 we finished in organizing training camps. I will concentrate myself in the future total on the rental buissines. I can say, Velo Sport is now one of the top companies for rental bikes on the island . We offer more than 120 road racers, MTBs and trekking bikes to our clients. They come from all over the world and we welcome them all.
