Delivery Service: We deliver your bike to any place in Mallorca. There is a charge for this service. The service fee depends on the distance between your location and our rental station in Felanitx. The service includes delivery and pick up. You pay the delivery fee only once even if you rent 2, 4 or more bikes. If you rent more than 10 bikes the service is free of charge.

Delivery Times: 09.00 h – 18.00 h daily
Pick Up Times: 15.00 h – 18.00 h daily

You can choose your preferred times by filling out the reservation form.
We confirm delivery with the confirmation of the rental bike. If there is a difference between the time we confirmed delivery and the actual delivery time, we will inform you 1 or 2 days before the 1st rental day. The difference between the new delivery time and the time we confirmed can be up to 2 hours.
The Pick Up Time we confirm 1 day before the last rental day. The Pick Up Time depends of the Pick Up Lap we do on that day. It can be as early at 15.00 h, although you may have chosen 17.00 h. The time we inform you is obligatory for you.

Please come with a mobile phone which we can contact you whist you are in Mallorca. If there are any problems with delivery- or pickup times or if there might be any other problems during the rental period. Let us have this mobile number by filling out the reservation form.
