FAQ – Bike Rental:

What happens if I cancel a reservation I made?

Cancelacion of a bike reservation:
Cancelacion until 30 days before the 1^st rental day you do not pay anything.
Cancelacion 29 days until 14 days before the 1^st rental day you pay 50%.
Cancelacion 13 days until 7 days before the 1^st rental day you pay 80%.
Cancelacion 6 days until 0 days before the 1^st rental day you pay 100%.

Cancelacions you have to give us in writing be mail or fax.

Do I have to bring anything with me?

Yes. Important things you should bring:

• pedals, if you didn’t order them as accessories
• 1-2 inner tubes- you can buy for € 2 from us
• 1 set of alien keys
• 1 lock to lock your bike

Recommendation:

• 1 bottle of chain oil
• 2-3 pieces of cloth to clean the bike
• your own saddle if you are delicate in this part of your body
• 1 folding tire as a spare tire (only for roadracer)
• 1 spoke key, if you know how to tighten a spoke

2.) Are the bikes insured?

Yes. Only if bike or bike parts get lost or stolen your are responsible für the loss. Have a look at Rental Conditions.

3.) Does the delivery charge include that you not only deliver but also pick up the bike at the end as well?

Yes!

4.) Do I have to pay the delivery charge for every bike (if ordering more than one)

No! The delivery charge you only pay once, no matter whether we deliver 1 or say 5 bikes. Renting more than 10 bikes, the delivery service is free of charge

5.) Can I pick up / bring back the bike to your Felanitx Base at any time of the day?

No! The Felanitx Bike Shop is open:

Monday – Friday: 09.30 – 13.00 h und 16.30 – 20.00 h

Saturday: 10.00 – 13.00 h

Sunday and public holidays: closed

When the shop is closed it is necessary to arrange an appointment by telephone (+34 626 27 29 09).
