der Club TDC aus Hamburg ein Trainingscamp zur Saisoneröffnung im Club Robinson, auf Mallorca. Das Velo Sport Team stellte wieder über 30 Mieträder zur Verfügung. 20
neue Carbonrenner Cucuma Foia R mit der Di2 Electronic Schaltung von Shimano des Radtyps D kamen dabei erstmals zum Einsatz. Resonanz bei allen die den Radtyp D fuhren: Tolles

Ultegra Di2 elektronischen Schaltsystems!
Die Shimano Dura Ace Di2 begeistert die „Profi“-Radsportwelt schon seit 2 Jahren durch absolute Zuverlässigkeit und höchsten
Schaltkomfort – ist aber für den Einsatz in der Radvermietung einfach zu teuer. Die Ultegra Di2 – das haben die Tests bei uns und bei anderen renommierten Komponententestern gezeigt,
bietet das gleiche, nur etwas schwerer aber dafür bezahlbar.
Für mich war klar – das muss an den Radtyp D als
Schaltkomponente 2012.
Als Rahmen haben wir 2011 schon sehr erfolgreich den Vollcarbonrahmen Cucuma Foia eingesetzt. Es gab Lob von allen Seiten und der „FOIA“-Rahmen
stand in Konkurrenz zu Rädern von Specialized, Look und Scott und anderen renommierten Marken. Cucuma hat schon frühzeitig erkannt, dass ein Top Rahmen für die Di2 im Programm
sein muss und präsentiert 2012 den FOIA R und RS speziell für die Montage dieser Gruppe. Wir haben den FOIA R gewählt.
Ab Januar 2012 ist der Radtyp D Vollcarbon FOIA R komplettiert
mit Ultegra Di2, Compaktkurbel und 11/28 Cassette.

First brand new bikes type D rented out
Cucuma Foia R with Ultegra Di2
From 21.01.-29.01.12 the Club TDC from Hamburg organized a training camp for early spring training at the Club Robinson, Mallorca. The Velo
Sport Team rented more than 30 bikes to the group. 20 of the rentals has been the brand new rental bike type D – Cucuma Foia R with the Di2 electronic gear shifter system.
Feedback from all bikers who rented this bike: Super performance of the bike (frame-set) and high comfort in changing gears with Di2.

A true sensation happened in
2011 with the introduction of the Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic gear shifting system.
Professionals have been using the Shimano Dura Ace Di2 for the past
two years and are impressed by its absolute reliability and shift comfort. Unfortunately, this system is simply too expensive for use in the bike rental business. However, tests I
carried out last year show that the Ultegra Di2, although a little heavier, offers the same quality and is affordable.
For me it became clear: in 2012 I would offer the Ultegra Di2
electronic shifter on all our type D bicycles.
In 2011, we introduced with great success the full carbon Cucuma Foia frame. All our clients were impressed with this frame, even
when compared to similar frames by Specialized, Look, Scott and other well-known brands. Cucuma recognised early on that they must offer a top frame to compliment the
new Ultegra Di2 group set and therefore presented the FOIA R and RS. We have chosen to work with the FOIA R.
Starting in January, 2012 the type D bicycles will have a FOIA R frame
complimented by the Ultegra Di2, compact chainset and 11/28 cassettes.

Desde 21.01.- hasta 29.01.12 el club TDC de Hamburgo ha oranizado un camp de entrenamiento en el Club Robinson, Cala Serena, Mallorca. Velo Sport
Mallorca ha dejado 30 biciletas de su flota a este grupo. De estas bicicletas unos 20 eran las nuevas Cucuma Foia R, Tipo D con Shimano Ultegra Di2. Era un encanto total montar esta bicicleta
para todas. “Nunca han cambiado marchas mas suave y rapito como con Di2” dicen y la bici tambien se mantene muy comodo.

Cambiamos nuestras bicicletas tipo D todas al modelo Cucuma Foia R con Shimano Ultegar Di2. Entonces puede cambiar marachas con el nuevo grupo de Shimano electronico. El equipo nueva de
Shimano hemos probado varos meses auqi como Dura Ace y luego, quando nosh an dejado el Nuevo Ultegra con ultegra. Va muy muy bien. Nunca he cambiado platos mas exacto y suave antes.
La bateria esta bien para mas de 2.000 kilometros. Siempre dejamos un cargador tambien, para usted cada dia puede cargar la bateria. Viene con bielas Compact y un cassette 12/28.
